I haven’t used the item yet as to why I gave it a 4 out of 5 star as i’m not aware of what battery life and duration charging is like. Seems relatively good quality comes with a pouch and a charger + flash light if needed. if you keep this in your handbag and need to find something, the flashlight comes handy.

I purchased this charger for a long road trip from Sydney to Brisbane in Australia. We used the charger for phones, iPads and a gaming device. This charger held power very well, it fully changed all our devices when required. When we arrived at a shop for the night, we changed it overnight and it was ready to go for the next day. I looked at several of these chargers before making a decision and I'm very happy with my choice. Works great, highly recommend.

Seems reasonable. Second different branded device that I have purchased where wall charger or device gets hot when charging the power bank. In this case it was wall charger getting hot. No other devices that I have (phones, tablets, an old small portable charger, etc) results in wall charger getting hot when charging. Not sure if this is normal or not. Will be wary when charging and not leave charging overnight or when I am not monitoring. Footnote: After service was amazing! Ended up receiving two additional power banks for free. So now have three power banks, each with a 3 year warranty. Heating problem with wall chargers still happening on all three power banks when using wall chargers with 1A and 2A output (power bank has cable supplied with USB-A plug and I didn't have any higher output wall chargers with USB-A plug) . However after discussions they advised me to use a wall charger with a higher output so I purchased one and no heating problem with the higher output wall charger.
