I purchased these for Pilates and yoga.They took a bit of getting used to both in use and fitting. You get a more real feel and genuine grip. I wouldn't hestite to recommend these to anyone. Be sure to get the correct size as this will definatly impair your use if you purchase the wrong size.

It is worth checking that you have ordered the correct size according to the manufacturer's guidelines which are available on their official website. The shoes are a fantastic way to further develop the experienced runner, although I have seen them used for walking as well. As a running shoe they offer the feel of barefoot running. There is the added challenge of using the spring action of the balls of your feet instead of relying on the cushioning of trainers. This offers the calf muscles and Achilles an extra workout, so long distance running is not an option until you become accustomed to them. The shoe itself is hardwearing but comfortable, easy to wash and durable. The price on Amazon is the lowest I've found from online and high street shops.
