Nutritionally it fit my goals, I was trying to get 4 grams of fiber from only two gummies and keep it tomjust 5 grams of carbs. These gummies meet that requiment and have one gram of good for me fat too. I am not amhuge fan of coconut so I was happy that these were not really coconutty in flavor. The texture is indeed not like a normal gummy in that it is not at all chewy, so I actually prefer that, easier to chew up. I LOVE that these are organic and made in the USA too. I also love that these have a very clean and natural ingredient list. And while I got these to take as a fiber supplement I actually love that I am getting added benefits of electrolytes and other micronutrients from the coconut.
