Sehr sehr schöne Flasche auf jeden Fall. Dieses Coratina monocultivares Öl schmeckt schon sehr grün nach frisch geschnittenen Gras mit deutlicher Schärfe und einen sehr milden bitteren Geschmack. Es hat wirklich mit dem Supermarktolivenöl nichts zu tun. Zum Kochen oder Braten zu Schade. Für kalte Speisen, mit Käse oder ein paar Topfen auf Brot am besten geeignet.
