Great book for ideas for people new to slushi making. Definitely one to add to your library.

Brilliant book for slushy ideas very easy to follow also

Bought this for ideas for our slushi. Have never used it, just like every cookbook it has remained in the cupboard ever since. I did notice in the cocktail section they have 2 recipes in there with the exact same ingredients called 2 different things - weird

It's OK but unnecessary really. For the cocktails section, they have just listed all the main cocktails in the world, so they can be made in Slushy form. For the juice section, they have just taken a list of all the worlds juices and listed them in pairs, to be enjoyed in slushy form. For the milkshakes, they have just brainstormed all the worlds confectionary items (you name it), to be enjoyed...in slushy form (e.g. carrot cake ....milkshake, red velvet cake...milkshake etc). Using the equivalent of a random number generated to come up with recipes would give the same outcome. Anyone could brainstorm this, get it bound, and sell it for £10. The intro section to the book is the Ninja Slushi machine instructions for how to use the machine. Padding presumably.
