I started taking this to try to prevent having to go on blood pressure medication. I take two pills daily as recommended. There's no smell and it has no test which is. The pills are little capsule. So far I have not experienced any side effect the capsule goes down easily they're small and I believe this is good quality ingredient and I recommend and will continue to use this product
