Is this a good replacement for the netgear gs748tv5?  i need to also create vlan using ip helper_address.  we have 15 server and 100 users.

The Cisco CBS220-48T-4G smart switch is a L2 switch which makes it difficult to compare with the Netgear gs748tv5 L2+/L3 switch. We would recommend any of the CBS250 or CBS350 series switches which are L3 and do support full CLI (command line interface) and ip helper-address command as well. The Cisco Business CBS220-48T-4G-NA 3 -year Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the product only in North America, it is not an international warranty. That said if a hardware failure occurs in the Philippines, the NA product won't be covered by the warranty. The SKU with warranty support in the Philippines is CBS220-48T-4G-EU.

Please be advised that CBS220-48T-4G is not a PoE model. Instead, you will need to consider either CBS220-48P-4X (with 382W of PoE budget on all 48 ports) or CBS220-48FP-4X (with 740W of PoE budget on all 48 ports). The CBS220 switch must have "P" in the product ID in order to support PoE.
