Fantastic kit
We have about a 10-12yo Kitchenaid SxS fridge. The compressor fan started surging on/off/on/off...then it would run okay for a while and then start back up with the running constantly. The center heat strip btw the doors would get very hot too. I replaced the condensor fan, but that did not fix it. After a lot of research, I found a terrific video with an explanation of what may be wrong with the computer board & how to repair it. Sure enough, one capacitor was bad (you could see the swelling on the top of it) and I replaced the relay too, just in case. Fridge works perfect now. You will need some soldering skills to install these parts, of course, and some nerve to pull the computer board out of the back of the fridge. The computer board itself is pretty much not available--I think you can pull it and send it somewhere for a fix (and have no refer for a couple wks)--and you will pay hundreds for them to install these same parts. So, I am very happy with this kit--saved me $100s & $100s.

Right parts to fix the controller board for a KitchenAid KSCS25INSS00
My refrigerator was beeping and not cooling. After googling the problem, it turns out that the issue is a no-longer-manufactured control board. Thankfully, youtube provided videos that documented the problem and a fix, replacing the capacitor marked c32 and an omron relay r60. Looking at Newark electronics and balking at the high cost of shipping. On a lark, I searched Amazon and there was a conveniently packaged capacitor and relay just for this repair. When my fridge finally would no longer reset (turning it off at the breaker for a few minutes and turning it back on), I pulled out the fridge, tried not to puke at all the debris and mold food bits that the kids had dropped or kicked under the fridge and took it apart. In less than an hour, I had desoldered, replaced and reassembled the fridge using the parts from this "kit". The fridge is working great again.

Helped fix my fridge
I used this to fix the motherboard on my fridge. The fridge was constantly turning on and off and making beeping noises. It was driving me crazy. I have zero experience using a solder kit, but I bought a cheap one and used it to replace two specific parts on the board that were mentioned in a Reddit thread. One relay and one capacitor. It takes patience to get the old parts off since the old solder didn’t want to melt. Securing the new parts was easy. I saved a ton of money doing this and it’s been working perfectly for months now.

10$ fix for my refrigerator
My KitchenAid KSCS25INSS01 started beeping twice and would not cool down. I did not want to spend $400 for a new kit. Didn’t want to throw away the refrigerator away either. Read posts online that the defect was in the capacitor and power relay and removing them and resoldering the new items would fix the problem. The kit was promptly shipped and in 2 days arrived at my door packaged nicely and securely. Few hours later and desoldering and resoldering the components, my 16 year old refrigerator was working nicely again. Thanks for selling this product.

Works Great!
This absolutely saved the day. I was having trouble with my kitchen aid refrigerator. I ordered the part off amazon along with a soldering kit. Paid about $30 for both. Refrigerator is working fine. We saved thousands of dollars by not buying a new refrigerator. Great product!

Great fix for fridge compressor fan not running.
Perfect to repair my Kitchenaid side by side French door refrigerator.Center strip was extremely hot to the touch, the compressor fan was not running and the fridge was making a chirping / beeping noise with a flashing display, indicating a possible faulty controller board.A little research online and some YouTube help led me to the capacitor and relay replacement. C32 was definitely bulging at the top.Swapped out C32 and K4, reassembled and fridge came back to life. Been running now for 48hrs, hope this is the long term fix. The fridge is about 12ys old, but it's a high capacity counter-depth that cost is a couple of thousand dollars, this $8.99 kit is gold mine.

I here a rattle inside relay when I shake it, is that normal
A question for anyone who is knowledgeable in this area. I received my capacitors and relay today, looked the parts over and noticed that when I shake the relay I can hear something rattling inside, so my question is is that normal?

Wrong capacitors for my board, but the relay did the job
KitchenAid Superba KSCS25INSS00 (~2004) compressor fan was not getting voltage. The electronic control board model for this model is listed as W10219463, but my board (see picture) does not appear as W10219463 appears online. It has a large transformer, one large (2200 mF) capacitor in the same position as one of the 220 mF included here and found on a typical board, and two 100 mF capacitors. I suspect that the original board for my unit was manufactured with a switching power supply in later model years, hence the typical W10219463 boards with no transformer. Fortunately, all of my original caps looked good so I went ahead and replaced the K4 relay with this one and that fixed the fridge.
