Excellent, fresh, nutritiousโฆyum!
I make a lot of stir-fries, and I love having water chestnuts and bamboo shoots that are always in the pantry. These are excellent quality. While the label says one can equals one portion, I would say one can equals three portions. There is almost no sodium, no cholesterol, 2 grams of protein and 3 g of fiber. They add texture, crunch and gustatory interest to my dinner.

Good Quality, Just a Mild Flavor
These bamboo shoots are fresh, crisp, and work well in stirโfries and soups. The flavor is pretty mild, so they donโt stand out much on their own, but they add a nice texture to dishes. Solid product and dependable quality.

Good product but dented can
Good product (I've gotten it before, in stores, but Amazon had a better price.) Unfortunately, one of the 3 cans I got came dented. Not worth returning, but I probably won't be buying canned goods from Amazon again.
