High quality and easy to take
No side effects at all- these are easy to swallow and seem really gentle on my system. My rheumatologist recommended them for immune support, and I appreciate that the ingredients are high quality. They’re not the cheapest, but definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

I really have no idea if this works, that's why the 3 stars. I didn't notice any difference. I believe Life Extension has good products and glad I can buy them on Amazon.

Made a difference - highly recommend
Over the last few years, I've gotten sick multiple times. I knew my immune system was struggling to keep up and then I found this product. The last time I flew on a plane, I came down with a nasty cold that took me two weeks to shake. This time around, I had been taking this for almost a month and had another business trip I was on. I could feel my body fighting sickness, but I fought it off and barely experienced any symptoms. I fully believe this product played a huge part in keeping me healthy. If you've been struggling to stay healthy, I'd recommend giving this a try!
