I like it i was bit confused at start will it be the good one to make reuteri yogurt or not i was searching it did my research before making my first batch it seems good one i feel better after using the reuteri yogurt for almost a month i m satisfied i m not doctor or anything i feel better thats what i mean only hopefully i m doing good

Used to make l routeri yoghurt... Worked well... First batch some of the jars seperated but some didn't. Use the first lot to make the next and all we're perfect!

Excellent and I have cultured from the tablet. Super strain and very impressed, would absolutely recommend.

Tub is twice the size what it needs to be. You would think its a tub of cream.

Really makes a good difference. I did not realise the difference until the spouse mentioned that the whole family has a calmed stomach. Wow.

bought this to make live yoghurt - what a difference in less than a week - feel so much better and have also been giving it to my dogs and it has made a big difference already - one of them has a very sensitive tummy and she is a lot better so I will continue making my own yoghurt

Very happy with this. Only just started using it so can't comment on any health benefits yet, but seems promising. Update After 1 Week: I'm feeling consistently happier in general, more of a positive mindset without any effort. I'm enjoying communicating with people and I feel like I am able to articulate my thoughts more clearly. Usually I can't wait to escape, but I feel more confident. Not sure at this point if it is these capsules, or if it is something else. I will see how things progress.

Can feel the difference

Arrived on time, good quality. For those who likes buttermilk/yogurt, can use one capsul for 3 caps of Organic milk. Mix one capsul in milk, place in warm place (not hot) and buttermilk ready in 24 hours. If milk is not organic, buttermilk will turn bitter.

Nicely packaged and potent.

I opened up the capsules to make yogurt. 36 hour yogurt. Perfect!

Seems to be a very good product. I am using it to make cultured cream and it has worked well from the very first batch. What I didn’t realize is that this strain is not the same as Dr Davis’s. So just know that before ordering. But I think it will be beneficial too.
