Metal is very flimsy but its cute and makes good tea i just dont think it will last long

Just received and started using my tea infusers and I love it. The two came in a small plastic bag and the charms are easy to put on and take off. The honey bee pendant just makes me smile. It's easy to clean, easy to use, the hole size seems to be good and the closure is quite tight-which is good to contain the ingredients used. As for capacity, it fits what I need which is to steep 1/2 tsp each of cumin, fennel and coriander seeds (part of an Ayurvedic digestive re-set approach). So far, it works well and adds to my daily tea brewing experience by adding some "brightness and fun" to the process. We could probably all use more of that in daily life.

While the advertisement for this looks really nice that you can pick and choose different themed charms to your tea ball I noticed when I got it today one of the two crosses are missing and these decorative features are not actually attached to the chain of the Tea ball. I found this a little disheartening, especially after going back through looking at the pictures of the examples featured in the advertisement which actually has in one example the hook at the end of the chain is supposed to be hooked at the end of the teacup to prevent it from falling in and that’s where you would pick up the tea ball like you would a teabag. However, in the picture illustrated on the website there is no decorative charm attached to this hook at the edge of the cup. Yet, in another picture, the decoration is hung on the hook, which is laying outside the cup, which makes no sense because it would fall off. It would be more practical if the charm was actually in one of the circular metal rings of the chain to secure it. Especially as only one (loose) charm was in my bag with two teaballs. The item charm is so small. This is something that can easily be dropped out a sink or garbage disposal and become separated from the product. It’s just not practical. If you hang it on The Little hook that is to secure on the side of the tea cup, the charm would fall off. It would be lost on the carpet, the floor, etc. So this would definitely be a plus for the manufacturer to secure the charm to the actual chain, maybe through one of the links. It is nice to be able to personalize that tea ball and with the variety of options available, you could have one for different people in your household. though tea balls are relatively simple to use. You place the loose tea within 1/2 and close the other half then push the clip along the edge to secure both sides then you place the tea ball into your hot cup of water to steep while using the little hook at the end of the chain to gently fix to the edge of your teacup. This looks to be made of a good quality metal which should be resistant to rust. Generally, I just rinse these with water and tap out any of the residual T granules. The mesh not only acts as an infuser, but also serves to strain the tea when you remove it from the cup. So I removed two stars from a potential five star rating. One for one charm being lost, and not with the product and the second reason being that the charm is not actually secured to the product, which I think is a design flaw. (could be why only one charm was with the product.)

I would not even give these 1 star , but it’s a necessity to review ! DONT BUY THESE! Seriously broken when they arrived . Pure trash . I bought them because I have had a similar one for years . I thought I’d get a couple of extras . These are NOT the same quality. I should return them , but not worth the trouble ! You get what you pay for folks !

Bees are a great touch. Used a few times and seem solid.

I have been using a this for two days and the metal has already turned a darker color. It can hold about a table spoon of tea leaves. Definitely a little more difficult to use the seal which takes the focus off me making my tea. Not good quality. I would not recommend this product.
