Q: what the max weight to carrier a small dog?

My dog weighs 6 pounds so it’s more than good for him. I would think a dog over 15 pounds would not be comfortable for the dog or the person wearing the sling.

Q: Is this sling made out of cotton fabric?

it's made of "fleece" material--I couldn't find a material tag so I assume it's a soft Jersey fleece knit--does it have any cotton fabric--I'have no clue!!!

Q: Is it padded for pet's comfort?

My little Yorkie loves it! She is carried everywhere in it so I can have my hands free. Very comfy
