Brilliant for long distance walks
Really does stop blisters on long walks - plus good socks and worn in boots/shoes. Start using week or so before your walk and then each morning when walking. Softens and moisturises. Little goes a long way so good value.

I used NOK to prevent chafing during Gobi March 2017 and I did not experience any chafing where NOK was applied. Gobi March is a multi day race, where we ran 250 km over 6 days.
