It did, but bottle was not secured and some shampoo was dripping out. The shampoo itself is great, smells fantastic and makes my hair feel great, takes the chlorine out wuth hair smelling great!

I am in the pool and ocean a lot. I also have wavy hair that tangles easily and gets dry at the ends. I use this shampoo about once a week just to get a clean slate- It is a fabulous product and as long as it is not used daily (drying) it will make your hair look so smooth and shiney. I recommend doing a deep conditioner after the shampoo and to use this shampoo before coloring or bleaching your hair to remove any heavy metals from your hair that will mix with hair dye.

For the product- it does the job taking out the chlorine out of my hair. Smells great. As for packaging- who packages a bottle not sealed in an envelope?? The first bottle I got- the lid was open and the shampoo leaked everywhere in the envelope. I asked for another bottle with the product not leaking. The company asked for me to return the bottle (ok, done- still waiting for refund) and they shipped another bottle in the same packaging and bottle not sealed. I kept this bottle, but I plan to look elsewhere for this product.

Love this shampoo! The conditioner and powder cleanser is amazing too! My kiddo plays water polo this product keeps his hair hydrated and so soft. He uses the powder once a month as a deep detox.

My hair is silver natural color and usually turns green in the pool. I've tried various solutions. This shampoo washed the green out! I was pleasantly surprised! Worth money!

Top of shampoo bottle was loose when opening. There was some leakage. I would use tape or plastic wrap around bottle next time.

Not for me, if this doesnt work to remove buildup, maybe Nizoral once a month

The quality of the product is good however the bottle came damaged and some of the shampoo spilled in the box.
