My favorite keyboard ever! I've owned many.
This is the most fun keyboard I have ever owned! I usually go with 88 keys or 76 at least, but this was so small and perfect for my rehearsal requirement size-wise that I thought I'd give it a try. The flexibility, ease of use and sound quality are way above the price point! I have never had so much fun with a keyboard!Saving favorites the way you want is easy. Even using the sequencer with this small screen did not prove to be difficult. I downloaded the extra sounds from the core website which help in the piano area. Other than that, the huge variety of good quality sounds could get me through any number of gigs!I am a fan of good weighted keys and good semi-weighted keys. This is neither. However, these light synth keys are easy to get used to and I can play almost any repertoire on them! I am surprised and pleased since it makes the keyboard so light. I love the very small size. The Korg custom gig bag for it is well worth the money! It is a perfect snug fit and built very very well! I tried a $30 61 key gig bag that is not bad quality but so huge it just rolls around in it.

Have Keyboard, Will Travel...
I needed a decent synth to transport back and forth for my worship band at church and this workstation filled the bill perfectly. The sound patches are pretty good for this cost point and the features are plentiful and easily learned. Overall, I found this synth to be a quality purchase for the traveling musician who needs a few extra features.

Great Keyboard!
I am picking the keyboard back up after years of not playing. I really enjoy this keyboard, all the sounds, and features it offers. For a beginner it can be a bit of a learning curve to understand all the features, but if you're willing to watch the videos online and go through some documentation you will be fine. The only complaint I have is the quality of materials used for this. I haven't had any issues with it breaking, but it's very lightweight and made out of a plastic material. So if it's dropped I'd be scared it crack easily or break. So just be aware of that. Other than that it's a amazing keyboard and I recommend it.

Great board for studio applications, not so friendly live!
I have always been a fan of Korg products throughout my musical career. This board is no exception with a great sound library, awesome drum patterns and a range of features. BUT, that range of features is where it gets you. Sure the range is great, wonderful for studio and at home recording applications, but the menu design is complex! Not easy to navigate and on the fly live performances become cumbersome if you need to make changes super fast. I dont want to have to dig through 5 submenus to get where I need to be live! That’s the only set back I had with this board that made me send it back. But if you like a great sound with an affordable price tag for the studio or at home creations then I still highly recommend this board!

Amazing Sound!!
What can I say? It's a Korg, dude! I shouldn't have to say more. If you as a musician don't know about Korgs....well, maybe you should stick to a Melodica ( have one, by the way). The sound is the crispiest I have ever experienced in an electronic instrument. It is so light there is no reason to not take it anywhere. Well built, with all the accessories and outputs and inputs you will ever going to need. And with a seriously impressive collection of sounds, and beats to convert you into the one-man show you have always dreamed to be so as not to put up with that bass player in your group. The price?? That's the best part.....Under $800!! CAN'T BEAT THIS!!! If you play the keyboard, AND ARE NOT A BEGINNER, you should get one even if you can pay your electric bill for a month after you've purchased it. Only Drawback??????? You need to be a rocket scientist to really learn how to operate and utilize the sounds and beats and its program. It will, literally take you weeks to find out all it can do, and the fact that it doesn't come with a manual (you have to download or print all 168 pages) makes it somewhat inconvenient (reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of five).

I am a classical pianist and own 16 digital keyboards in 2 recording studios.
Many of the sounds projected are extremely realistic... more realistic than other digital keyboards I own and a great value add to my recordings. I highly recommend this product for multi-modal orchestration, for complimentary sounds. In addition, the keyboard feel is very good.

Great for live gigs, playing at home, or using to record!
I got the 88 key Kross 2, which is weighted keys. Feels really close to an actual piano. The built in sounds are great, the piano sounds aren’t amazing but still decent. The organ sounds are actually amazing and you can add that vibrato with a quick flick of a switch. I play live shows and this is a great, affordable keyboard and you can’t beat the price. I also use it as a controller in my Studio One recording program. I’m very pleased and think you will be too!
