I usually add it to oat cereal with a small amount of banana or walnuts. Brings up the protein content without added sugars and adds a bit of fiber as well. I have used this brands Chocolate Peanut Butter one and that is delicious as well. It tastes great with Milk, or no sugar Oat Milk, or no sugar added Almond Milk as well. This is very healthy.

I like this cereal for added protein. It is very crunchy and the texture is smooth. It is a little pricey but I don't eat it by itself.
