Superb Quality. Tight elastic, so order larger.
I ordered two that cost twice as much, but this one is much better. It is excellent quality. The material is thick, not like the thin other ones, and the waterproof function does not rub off with a sticky disposable incontinent pad, like those other ones. This is a great value, and I have just ordered a second one. I take care of my elderly mother, and I'm using these with washable absorbent pads, thereby saving money and the planet by avoiding the disposables. It is wonderful to find something made in the U.S.A., and you can see the difference in QUALITY. They do not make noise. I wash them in the evening and put them on the shower head to dry. Please be aware that these are meant to go over diapers and/or pads, and hold them in place and prevent leaks. They are not absorbent themselves. I have been using them successfully with re-useable adult incontinence pads, which I take out and wash each time I help Mom go to the bathroom. So it's good to have lots of those handy.Update: I recommend getting a size larger than the website measurement guide shows you should have. My mother's measurements show that she is a medium. But the medium elastic is tight on her around the waist and around the legs, so much so that she was complaining of pain, so I had to remove the medium incontinent pant. I have a size large in the same pant, and so far that one has been fine for her.

Good quality too small
Great quality too small to fit over diapers. 48” waist did not fit!

Good quality but sized way smaller than any other company
I really love them, But the XL says 42-52 and there is no way it will fit over a 40" waist I wish this company would make an XXL Why don't they? Because they are sized small the LEAST they can do is make some XXL and even some 2XL and 3XL etc. .. If the size was correct they would not have to go over XL to fit over my Night time diapers. By the way this is the husband We share this account . Make larger sizes

Not for heavy incontinence!!
These were very tight. I ordered XL. Didn't keep patient dry. Leaked quite a bit. When I washed them, they held water great. I feel they leaked around the legs. If problem is with a Lot of wetness, these probably aren't for you. They were worn with diapers and still leaked.

Tight leg, waist elastics but not too tight
Good overall fit, tight enough to prevent leaks overnight. Mind you nothing is perfect but loose leg bands make more leaks. Maybe more comfortable to be less tight but also less effective for the purpose used.If you have thick legs at the hips these may not be a good choice for you. Women, most women have a thicker leg at the hip than men. Women take note of this. If you are on the " thin " side these may work well for you. If not I will recommend mylesta waterproof pants, less tight at the legs and a similar cost. It seems many types of waterproof pants need to be tried until the right fit is found. Hope this information is helpful for someone.

size not correct
If you are planning to wear this diaper cover over a diaper then buy a size two (2) sizes bigger. I wear a 34" pants and I thought that a large diaper cover would fit but it did not. I measured it against a standard brand of diaper cover that was a large and this cover was smaller.I would say that these covers are off in size by one size smaller.I wear cloth diaper at night and this cover did not fit at all.Secondly there is no front or back to the cover and you can definitely feel the difference. The cover has to be redesigned to accommodate a higher back.

No more leaks
My senior mom was having a few leaks with her pullup panties regardless of the brand used. I think it's the leg area that leaks and perhaps she checks herself to see if she is clean. I was washing bedding every other day. So we tried the addition of these vinyl pants. Problem solved, no more leaks! In the mornings, I wash them by soaking them in dishwashing soap and water in the bathroom sink and hang them up to dry for the night. Easier to wash by hand than cotton or nylon, so not a pain. You can also toss them in the washer and drier but will likely wear the elastic in the leg area out quicker, as well as, will need to order many pairs so you'll have a clean vinyl panty at night. I stopped at buying two.

Durable and hold up wash after wash
My husband has had these for more than six months now. I really like them, that they are durable and hold up wash after wash. They are comfortable for him and easy to put on. There is no "front" or "back" so whichever way they go on is ok and that's a huge plus with his cognitive issues. They have not torn or gotten misshapen. I will purchase more so I don't have to do laundry as often. I highly recommend.
