Second best thing to human hands...literally. Extremely easy to use, portable, and I literally can't live without these. I use them on a constant daily basis. It keeps a decent charge and only takes 2 hours to re-up. Durable indoors--if you're up moving around and the units stop, they drop off--keep that in mind if you decide to train outdoors like a billy badass. Gotta get the spray and cream to round it out. Wanna blow your own back out? Buy these! They are sooooo worth it. Most of all, these cups of joy relieve my aches and pains and I don't eat opioids. I never ask my old man for ish anymore...friggin love it!

Not great.
This is good for beginner cuppers. Its a good device to start with, but inferior to others on the market. The suction modes just didn't do much. The heat aspect(which i was excited about) was barely noticeable.
