This towel rack loos very nice in my bathroom. It arrived on time with no issues. Well packed. If they hada brass or gold color, it would have been even nicer. Love the crystal ball on top also.

Well, I love the product. I ordered it to hold a hand towel as pictured. I was a bit confused when the box arrived and showed that it was a toilet paper roll holder! It would be a pretty low, squatty toilet roll holder!! It worked out fine; confusing but fine

It's not suitable for hand towels that are the standard size. The towel won't dry. It's for very small towels. But if you ignore that, it does look nice, especially the crystal at the top.
