I use this at our lake house. Our well water is not bad, but has a slight after taste. But once I installed this filter the water tasted like the best bottled water. Can’t beat activated carbon for water purification. Absolutely clear and it tasted wonderful. Since our place is a three season cottage, I will be using one per year. Very economically priced for great water.

They do just fine in the 2 filter housings I have for my house(Sediment filter at my well pump, and in the garage just in case something got past the sediment filter), perfect fit. They lasted 6 months or so before I remembered to replace them, and nobody noticed any water quality issues. I'd buy these again without hesitation.

I just installed one so I’ll wait in see how long it holds up but it much better then the one I purchased from another company. These are much cheaper then the brand name.
