12 oz of water. If your trying to improve bowels, this is what I use:
70 grams of Paleo Fiber + 70 grams of (Metagenics) Ultra GI Replenish-Vanilla mix with 12 oz. of water
All blended in a juice blender & take it just before you go to bed.
You will notice a big difference inside 30 days.

There are 4 types of fiber, not 12. this may contain 12 sources. so does it have inulin, psyllium, methylcellulose, and wheat dextrin?

Please list the 4 types of fiber?  Then list all the sub types  etc.   Why ask what fiber sources are in it when its clearly stated in the ingredients section.  Spoon feeding should cost extra.

Its like stating   Since it seems the question is looking to split hairs.  There are technically 2 basic types of fiber even though the lines seem to blur: soluble and insoluble.  In each group there are numerous types and sources each with unique properties.

Dietary fiber is a general terra. It covers a wide variety of substances that belong to the family of carbohydrates that resist hydrolysis by human alimentary enzymes but are fermented by colonie microflora.

So what does that last statement mean?  That in the terra of fiber there are countless types in there own way unique from the others.  Its hierarchical in some ways.  But there are many many types as they all fall into the carbohydrate classification.

The biological, chemical and physical properties of dietary fibers are associated with physiologic actions in the small and large intestine that have important metabolic implications for health. These properties of fiber include dispersibility in water, bulk, viscosity, adsorption and binding of compounds and fermentability.  Then you have substances such as fructans which have many similarities.  As does oligofructose.  Then you have retrograde starches with groupings 1 thru 4.

So your stated as fact suggestion of only 4 fibers is unsupported.
