Seriously, forget expensive allergy medicine if you are someone like me with an egg allergy. This paired with Lycopodium Clavatum eliminates the OTC allergy medicine. doc said avoid eggs altogether, but regardless of how paranoid you are and in the few times you actually eat out - the cross contamination will happen. I never leave home without Lypo and Ferrum in my purse. I eliminate the 3 day recovery period my body tends to have after an egg exposure and taking OTC allergy like Zyrtec -which still leaves me exhausted for 3 days.....Using this natural method with mild exposures is a game changer and more people should now and use this for Egg Allergies.
