I really don't understand why people are talking about being too sweet or oily texture etc. For me, all i can tell you is that it really destroyed my kidney stone. And i really don't care what it tastes like. I took it as medicine.

Well, I don't know for 100% that it is this that has changed my numbers but I am not doing anything else really. My sugar levels have increased due to stress and a surgery. Family stress is still an issue. I have been taking this for 3 days, twice a day. My daily numbers have gone from 180-190's to 109-140. I am happy. Hope to see it stay low !!

How sugar do you guys have in this thing, every time I tasted it my stomach churned due to the sugar in it, nothing good comes out of eating that much sugar
