Broken webcam
Laptop webcam broke within 3 months. HP can't fix it remotely. We have wasted many hours trying to get onsite repair.

HP Firefly ZBook review
I love this item. The computer work perfectly for me and I need a reliable systems with really good processing power. I think this will last me with my business needs for a pretty good length of time. I’m very happy with this purchase. I love that it’s a minority owned business as well.
