Love this supplement. Mixes well with everything. Smooth in coffee and water, not gritty at all. Works well and showed as an increase on my bloodwork. Only one I will use.

Great for the price. This dissolves easily (if not completely in cool water; probably would completely dissolve in something warm, like coffee), is tasteless, and hasn't caused any gastrointestinal distress for me, and I take two scoops a day (1 morning and 1 evening), with and without food. Another review mentioned the scoop is smaller than the advertised 5g, Curious, I measured it on my kitchen scale and got different results. I took a tare measurement first (just the scoop), and it didn't register at all (0g). Then I added a level amount of powder and measured again: it came in at 7g. A lot of talk that 10+ grams a day starts having brain benefits in addition to muscle benefits, so I'm good with seeing how 14g per day goes for a while.

Good product! Its only been one week, and I felt improvement in my muscles the first day. It keeps me going at work without muscle and joint ache.

It's a great value, disolves very well and does exactly what you would want micronized powder to do but oh boy is it micronized. It's super fine like talc powder and dust flies everywhere when opening and scooping and transferring the scoop and just don't shake it while moving the scoop otherwise it dusts everywhere and makes a mess and hard to clean out of cloth. It's so fine that static electricity gives the outside of the scoop a "beard". The scoop has a very long handle and good for reaching down into the bag it comes with. It does disappear as it's partially white and clear so sometimes you have to work to find the scoop. I colored the end of the scoop with a black permanent sharpie so I can find the handle much easier. A different colored scoop would be a nice touch. I would have preferred the texture to be just a touch more granular and less dusty powder so it's not so flyaway but it is inexpensive so it gets a pass.

There are approximately 300 million creatine options on Amazon, let alone the rest of the internet. After trying a handful of them, this one is our daily driver as has been for a while now. My wife and I get our 5-10g every morning in our coffee, and this version makes that incredibly easy. Not clumpy or grainy, this one adds incredibly well to our drinks, is taste-free, and doesn't clump up at the bottom of my mug. Never mind the fact that the price is great. The only downside is the included scoop, but if you have a teaspoon or food scale handy, all good.
