Why does the description show glucose and sugar while the box says only honey for the sweetener? I want only the honey.

Honey is a naturally occurring sugar. A teaspoon of honey is about 6 grams of sugar. It is generally considered to have some health benefits that regular sugar does not. That being said, this Greek Halva is absolutely delicious and I appreciate that it is made with honey.

Why is 1/4 missing in the tub this time?

because they pour it in and then it settles.

How many servings are there in a box?

Delicious and healthy! Package states 8 servings..... almost 9 ounces, so a little over 1 ounce servings, however, only about 150 cal per= low calorie. YUM! I love Halvah! BEST served at room temperature. I seal and refrigerate after opening.
