Comfort focused IEM tips - no irritation, slippage, discomfort.
Bought a few alternative ear buds to replace the standard tips that come with the Meze Alba IEMs, as I had slipping issues and a little bit of irritation with all the sized tips that came with it, so I got these in the size I felt was least irritating from the original tips (M) with the primary goal of finding something that had a good fit, lasted long listening sessions without discomfort, and stayed in a bit better - and man these immediately felt like the ones. I put these tips on very easily, good first impression - then then slipped into my ear using the forward and downward insert method and they glided in. Sealed without any pressure, just fit easily without any fiddling. The opening will be a bit small and odd looking, but this is by design as this allows the tip to pivot in your canal as needed. This greatly contrasts with other tips I tried, which had solid bores (steel/brass). Those tips were too rigid and lead to extreme discomfort, so I felt like scrapping the concept that a wide opening is necessary and giving these a go knowing about the difference between the two. Verdict, audio is not negatively impacted by the smaller bore opening to allow the pivot action. I have a 20 band IEM DAC and I'm attentive to audio changes, and if there is any hard to notice impact, it certainly is not negative enough to view as a deal breaker (and nothing a tweak can't fix). As a matter of fact, the audio sounded better, mostly because the tips actually fit my ear, so the seal and grip have been drastically improved over other options. As for long sessions, I'm currently on my 4th hour with them in and feel zero discomfort or wear/fatigue. There's no excessive pressure, moisture, or slippage - no need to readjust or check them. Only aspect I will not speak on is compatibility and durability, as I just got them earlier today. I did not need to use the adapters that come with them, as the Meze Audio are the standard they come out of the box supporting, so they just popped right on. Also based on feel, they seem sturdy to where I have minimal durability concerns on first impression. No different than I'd have with other tips. I took them out to check the shape, and no noticable deformity/changes from 4 hours in my ear. I'll update if this changes - but if you've been looking for a comfort focused replacement to your stock IEM buds, this is a high recommendation. I think size will matter, so figure out which would be best prior.

Worked great with Sennheiser IE200
The best eartip that for Sennheiser IE200 that I have tried. It creates perfect seal for my ears, they are very comfortable, they sit tightly on the iem, easy to clean. I wish it would have come with one more pair at least for the price but its ok, they are still worth it.

Good Fit for Soundcore X20 Sport
The NEO SpinFits are a great upgrade for Soundcore X20 Sport wireless bluetooth earbuds; they fit fairly comfortably and improve their sound quality overall. I like that they are a lower profile which keeps the earbuds closer/more stable to my ears. They also fit into the X20's charging case without issues. However, the NEO's bigger brother, the W1, exists. It is hands-down the tip to use for these IEMs based on my experience so far. Notoriously bass-heavy and boomy, the X20's bass output can only be turned down so far with the app EQ. With the W1's installed, the X20' sound is suddenly transformed. Nice, tight bass and crystal clear mids/highs, extremely comfortable, fantastic seal. The boominess is gone completely, music is transformed. I'd love to give the NEO's more stars, but the W1's exist and pretty much blow them out of the water when it comes to sound quality, fit, and best sound, at least for the X20 Sport earbuds.

Great fit and isolation for in-ear monitors.
I have historically used Comply 500 tips on most or all of my IEMs, assuming they were “the best,” by popular opinion, for isolation on a loud stage. However, I recently found that I actually prefer the silicone tips that came with my KZ ZS10 Pros and ZS7s. They allow for deeper insertion into the ear and clearer sound. And they’re more comfortable to wear during long sets. After one of my stock silicone tips flew off when I pulled my IEMs out during a gig, never to be found again, I started doing some research on replacements. I didn’t realize that they needed to be replaced over time. These seem a little pricey for what they are, tiny silicone ear plugs. But they really do make a significant difference over the cheap, stock ones that came with my headphones/in-ear monitors. The sound is a tiny bit clearer and more focused, and better isolation due to the sturdier silicone means better bass response. As a bassist, that is huge. And speaking of huge, I am 6’6” and have a huge head. I tried both the L and XL size, and found that the XL work best. Both are fine, but the XL seals a little better in my gigantic ears and gives better isolation. Plus, the “shaft(?)” portion that goes over the earphone tip is so much sturdier than the cheap stock tips and holds well. I have no doubt these will last a while.

Not for IEM usage
These look fine but i was not able to test them. The bore size (green/black band) at the base of the tip should fit over the nozzle of your iem. I found the bore size to be too small and when compared with similar tips from the iem manufacturer they were almost 1mm smaller than other tips. I do not feel these are actually sized for standard iems. They also include additional sleeves to connect other devices that do not have sound nozzles. These sleeves are also much smaller than the standard iem nozzle size. While for their correct application they may be great, for my usage on iems they were not the correct solution at all.

great tips, SpinFit also has great support
I bought these because I lost my old original SpinFit Medium tips. They seem nice, although expensive because I remember in the past I got multiple tips for this price, but felt a little big. I pulled out my old original SpinFit Large (yellow) tips and they seem to be the same size as these new SpinFit Medium tips, they might be even slightly larger than the old Large tips looking at them side by side, which is not what I was hoping for. Three stars because they do work, but deducting two stars because they feel larger than Medium tips should, as compared to other old SpinFit tips as well as tips from other manufacturers. EDIT: After trying to exchange these with Amazon in case they had sent me larger tips, and Amazon failing to deliver the replacements, a SpinFit rep contacted me and they sent me two sets of tips. These tips were smaller than the ones Amazon had sent, so it looks like Amazon sent me Large and SpinFit sent me the actual Medium tips. I added pictures to show the difference. The Spinfits fit great on my ThieAudio Legacy 3's and even fit on my Soundpeats H3's, even though the SoundPeats have a different style nozzle. I need to listen on the Soundpeats some more to see if the smaller bore on the tips noticeably affect the sound, as it is nice they have a deeper insertion into the ear than the stock tips.

Review on Fit
Giving my experience fit-wise for these great tips! Sizing was not what I expected. I first bought the S and loved them but had discomfort after a long session. Thought maybe I needed to get SS because of this. But.. I've always thought I generally fit S sizes in eartips. I did notice that if i smiled or yawned, the seal would break, so I decided to risk sizing up to prevent this, and it worked--really well! still super comfortable, no pain/irritation/discomfort after long sessions. The Neo S fit me really well but i think maybe was being inserted too deep for long session comfort? Even though i thiink it's designed to be inserted deeper into the ear canal. Never thought I'd prefer sizing up until this experimenting with this. Worth it. I use these on my kiwi ears Astrals and have not switched back to any of my other tips, all of which i actually do like!! This one's a winner for sure. For reference with other tips i own: --Comply foam, the S fit me well, Mediums fit but felt like they were on the edge of being too snug. --Divinus velvet wide bore-- smalls fit, but had some discomfort after long sessions. SM fit well also but same with Comply, felt like it was on the edge to too much pressure ( "too" snug). --Tangzu sancai balanced tips--small fit me really well and medium was comfortable without too much pressure, but just didn't feel right (switched between s and m a lot, still can't decide which i prefer). love these tips though

Worst possible
If you want to turn your IEM into a $20 earbuds or your grandma air pads these are perfect. They will kill HF and LF too. So your sparkling treble and hitting bass will be gone, just muddy muffled mids will be there. Tried several different spin fits, looks like all have that problem. Most likely the internal bore shape and silicone softens everything beyond recognition.

Perfekt.

Only one size for the price is wild haha
They are ok, but way too expensive, didn't understand why
