Great for nails!
This product is very good, I don’t wear my nails very long but wear them at a decent length. And with that, I’m having to file my nails down three times a month. This really helps strengthen nails from breaking and chipping.

It is a proven fact that biotin is really good for your skin, especially on a older people that you you’ll wrinkle up a little bit, but your skin will be more flexible and won’t have all the spots on it

Seems effective so far
I've only had this product for a few weeks so I can't speak to its effectiveness when it comes to longer hair. My nails feel stronger which is a plus. The pills are rather large, but I haven't had any issues swallowing them. I also only take 1 a day versus 2. There is no weird flavor of the pills, which is great!

Healthy Hair and Nails
These appear to be doing what they advertise to do. I haven't always had the best self care routine and started to notice that I had brittle nails with white spots in them. Now my nails are very healthy and clear. My toe nails used to pretty much shatter when I clipped them. They are now smooth to clip. My beard and hair still look amazing too. I am not planning on losing my hair anytime soon.

Supplements are easy to swallow and they work!
This is my second bottle of Simply Vital vitamins. After only a month I'm seeing a difference! My thinning hair is starting to fill in and my nails are growing faster and stronger. I love that these supplements contain keratin, biotin AND collagen.
