I've worn it nearly constantly for 3 days and was able to work without concern of anything slipping out or pinching no matter how fast or awkward I had to move. It took a day to figure out how to get everything on, but once I did it became very easy to take on and off. I have not had a problem with the key, it's pretty simple once you've messed with it a bit. My other cage was a little to big, so if I was completely flaccid I could just slip out but if I was hard at all I couldn't fit. I was little worried about this one being in a similar problem, but no matter how hard I try I was not able to slip out of this one. If you're looking for something you can wear all the time this is it, just remember to keep in mind how small it is and if you're comfortable with that. If you are you'll likely forget it's even on sometimes like I do.
