Out of everything I have in my house, nothing compares to relaxing in my egg chair. I love it. When I saw it on Amazon I knew it had to be mine, even though I had never sat in one before. It is as comfortable and beautiful as it looks in the picture. The cushions are soft and the rocking is gentle. The iron base is solid and the basket material is strong and quality. I love it and recommend it.

Unfortunately the item was defective the the holes at the base were too big and the screws fell out so the item could not be assembled. The item is set up for free returns for refund. I had to contact the vendor to do so. They sent me a return authorization number not a label. They told me to try to return the item and see if the carrier would accept this provided by LANOVA LITE(vendor) and you will need to pay for return postage costs. Contacted Amazon who said I would have to contact the seller again and give them 48 hours to respond. The next response was to keep the defective item and the would refund me $30.00 of the $144.00 I paid. Contacted Amazon again who then got involved. The vendor finally sent a label after a week, and the refund took another week.
