I would highly recommend this hot tub for anyone who wants easy set up and a very durable product. It only took about 15-20 minutes from unpacking to start filling it with water. It looks very nice on the porch and my granddaughter loves it. The cover that comes with it is a perfect fit so don’t worry about trying to shop for one in hopes it works out. Definitely 5 stars on looks, performance and again durability. Top quality material was used in making this hot tub.

It doesn't heat up correctly. It takes 2-3 days to heat up and doesn't hold the heat at the temperature that you set it at.

This item more than met my expectations heats up faster than our old "namebrand" easy set up only thing I can nit pick is hose quality is not great seem very fragile I wrapped them in t-rex silicone tape for my own better feeling. And filters seem proprietary but are available on Amazon. I would rather they were available local store but other than that am loving this product.

Returning the hot tub. Heater would not heat the water and hold it to temp. Easy to set up and take down but not super comfortable.

One of my best Amazon purchases. Bigger than I expected. I thought it was for a single person but it fits 2 ppl with extra room. Once set up, I added 2/3 water from a hose and 1/3 hot water from the sink to speed up the process. Cover the lid. Set it to 100 degrees and in an hour it was warm enough to get in. The material is like a tuff plastic similar to an inflatable Intex boat I own. Surprisingly the bottom is very cushy and comfortable to sit on. Probably helped that I put it on faux grass. The controls on the panel were easy enough to figure out. Heat, bubbles, etc… the cost is reasonable to the size. I’m loving that it can pack away nice and neat when not in use. Can’t wait to have another dip in it tonight.

Right out of the box there was an air leak somewhere. Tried 3 or 4 different procedures could not find leak. Filtration system didn't seem to work very efficient. Tub was used once. Contacted seller and explained the problems. They just kept wanting me to try different things. none of which worked. I finally told them I wanted a new tub or my money back. They told me they would send me a new bladder. I again said i was not satisfied with the tub. Thought it was defective. They ended up sending me a new bladder. Still in the box. Don't waste your money on this product .

Easy easy easy to put together and love it. Wish the instructions would have included chemical suggestions.

The good!!! We are loving the hot tub! It seems durable and the cover fits nice and tight. We’ve had it set up for about two weeks now. The bubbles are nice! Water tends to heat as programmed. It can easily accommodate 2 to 4 adults. 6 would be a bit crowded. The bad!!! The directions are not easy to follow. It took replaying the video, under images and videos, several times to figure out how to connect everything. The ugly!!! The first shower we had caused the bubbles to come on. I was glad I was home and could turn off. The panel is very sensitive!! To solve the problem, I bought a bit larger plastic trash can to cover it…mainly when rain is expected. I had to cut the side to fit over the connectors. There is some leakage where the pump is but doesn’t seem to be coming from any connections. Hoping it’s condensation.
