Actual quality
Really good creatine ive used alot of products and this is quality stuff! Its got 4 stars because it didn't have a scoop but amazon customer service arranged for the issue to be rectified. Alot of people write they feel a difference but I started taking this and my brain fog and recovery really was assisted!

No scoop to measure??
Too soon to notice any difference, but it does mix really well and there is no taste so I just mix it with water. The only disappointing issue is there is no scoop so I'm having to guess with a spoon how much to take.

The only creatine powder I will use. Dissolves easily and has no smell. Doesn’t upset your stomach and a great value for the size. I’ve been using for over 6 months and have noticed a difference in how I feel.

I have started seeing progress in muscle gains and increased my endurance during my workouts. No taste nor smell and it mixes well. No bloating

I don't know whether pills are the best way to get my creatine, but I find these easier to take than the powder form, and remembering to take your supplements is half the battle. Legion is third-party tested and has great ingredient sourcing, so I trust that I'm getting what's advertised. I have been happy with this product so far.

I'm very happy with these. These are independently tested these for purity from a very reputable authority. It's not just an empty marketing claim - you can actually go look it up. That's important to me, because who knows how good QXSANDWICHY brand is and what's in it. It's your body, so think about what you're ingesting. The capsules are nice because: 1. You don't have to mix powder in a glass that never truly dissolves. 2. You don't have to taste the bitterness or feel the grit in your teeth. 3. It's way more convenient. If you're initially taking a few a day to get creatine built up in your system, these take about 10 seconds to swallow vs. 2-5 minutes for powder, and you don't have to get up and fill a glass, get a spoon, or fill up a shaker and shake it noisily in a place where it might be obnoxious to. Sure, they cost more, but for me it's totally worth it. If you've never tried creatine, it's tough to empirically measure the benefits, but I'm most definitely less sore the next day, and workouts feel less like a chore. Being middle aged, endurance and recovery gets more challenging and the struggle is real. For recovery, there's no substitute for serious stretching, though. I'm talking about real, proper stretching done correctly for about 15 minutes beforehand and ideally at some point after your workout. Not just sloppy form and, "There, I did it" after an impatient minute.
