Although I was sceptical about the quality but still bought them to give them a go as tried many other products and all were waste of money. As said in description, these tables are created from the Himalayan pure shilajit and I think after consuming them for a while, I can feel the benefits both physical and mental too. The one thing I like the most is pre set dose in a tablet shape which is easy to swallow and hassle free. No burnt plastic smell or taste either and surly a pure shilajit taste. Definitely recommend it if you have exhausted all other sources.

After is like a parting of the clarity clouds. I find that dissolving one in hot water then adding and making a cup of coffee works best - FOR ME! I have a cavalier approach to supplement use, I would suggest checking with your health practitiiner before using anything, just to be safe.
