my package is being returned to shipper because it was damaged? How do I get a replacement order

CALL AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT FOR YOU. I GOOGLE THE PHONE #.

Has anyone else discovered that the end that swilves must be at the top when attached to a wind spinner. If hung upside down they will freez up.

No haven't noticed this. Both ends looked the same to me. Mine are spinning fine. Maybe I just got lucky and put them on right the first try.

What is the measurement of the hook at the opening?

The whole hook is 3 inches long one of the hooks itself is an inch long. hope this helped
