Works great for Samsung Galaxy S5 on Boost Mobile
I purchased a used Sprint Samsung Galaxy S5 online and it did not come with a sim card. I wanted to use the device on Boost Mobile services so I brought the phone to a Boost Mobile dealer and asked to start a plan with them. They told me that they could not activate it until I got a Sprint sim card. I went to the Sprint store across town and was told that they do not have any in stock (though I'm sure they did). There weren't any other Sprint stores in my area so I decided to look online. After much research I discovered that I could purchase the sim card here but it had to specifically be this model (SIMGLW206R) or it would not fully work with the Samsung Galaxy S5. Once I purchased and received the sim card I went to the Boost Mobile dealer and they were able to activate and set up the account within minutes. My phone has absolutely no issues and I am able to receive LTE signals, make phone calls, surf the web, etc without any problem.I would highly recommend purchasing this sim card if you are in need of one for the Samsung Galaxy S5.** I purchased this item at full price and did not receive any discounts to review this product. **

Didn't work.
The ID number was incompatible with my Sprint phone. It fit perfectly in the SIM card slot of my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini but I was unable to activate the phone because the ID number was incompatible. I don't know exactly what the jam-up is but I wouldn't purchase this SIM card if I were you.

It's what you need to get the job done
The short answer: The product is what is says it is and does what it says it does. The story: I am transitioning my wife over to a new phone company that allows users to bring their own phone. This particular company runs on the Sprint Network and requires a Sprint-compatible phone with a 4G SIM card.I was able to pick up the phone at a great price on eBay, so all I needed was the SIM card and I was good to go. I am pretty tech-savvy, but I have not spent much time researching or understanding how phones work. I know that the SIM card is a unique identifier for the phone with the network, so that if the card is not legit, then it will not be usable. I was a little concerned about being able to use a random SIM card that I bought off Amazon, but fortunately, the seller was honest and the product was in good condition. My wife is now able to use her phone with the new phone service and we could even transfer her old phone number to her new account without any problems. This was my first time to migrate a number from another carrier, so I was uncertain of what could possibly go wrong. Luckily, everything went smoothly and now my wife is happy. As they say, "Happy wife. Happy life." So, everyone wins.I wasn't thrilled that such a small piece of plastic and copper cost me $20, but considering that it needs to be authentic in order to work, the value is there.

Works for Note 4 - Sprint
I spent 2 days trying to obtain a SIM card for Sprint. I purchased a refurbished Note 4 from ebay and Sprint kept telling me to visit a Sprint store, but the Sprint store told me to contact Sprint. It was a huge headache (I loathe Sprint btw). I decided to jump on Amazon and found this item. I paid the additional $3 in shipping to have it the next day. My son took his phone and the SIM card to Sprint to activate and there were zero issues besides the long waiting line at the Sprint store. This item works great for the Note 4. Thank you!

Works on Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport
At first, I wasn't sure if this thing was going to work. My phone was operational, minus the texting app. I could receive them, but not send one teeny tiny response. I also felt like I took a gamble, since my phone was a Samsung Galaxy 5 Sport. At first appearance it didn't fit and I thought I had to return the stupid thing. However, I did one last attempt by searching a YouTube video on how to install it (you do have to remove the battery of your phone first) and I inserted it into the appropriate slot. I didn't hear the click, which the YouTube video said I would, but regardless it stayed put and the phone's texting feature and the ability to look at the network settings was now accessible. It did it's job, and that's all I could really ask for.

Sprint insists that this SIM is NOT compatible with my HTC One
After repeated unsuccessful attempts in obtaining a SIM card from Sprint for an older device that I Originally purchased from them, I was happy to find one that claimed it would be compatible. However, after several attempts and approximately 1 hour with Sprint representatives, they insisted that this SIM card was NOT compatible. Therefore, this card is now completely worthless to me.

good product
Came in a decent time but did not work for the phone that we had, not the sellers problem but ours because we did not read the information all the way.

Be sure to check compatible card list for FreedomPop before buying a sim.
I purchased this to activate an iPad Mini on FreedomPop, not realizing it takes a nano card. I have a sim cutter but still not able to activate since FreedomPop requires the 406R for iPad. Too bad I didn't see the support notes until I bought and cut this card. Shipping was fast though. It took few days longer for the 406R to arrive.
