This is a collection of six stories, each written with themes taken from her love-affair since teenage years with nakedness. It glories enjoyment of her body living in a social context of Naturism or nudism free of the usual trappings of clothing.Sallys muse is a modern girl, who has children, likes tattoos and enjoys being naked as much as possible at her home and on holidays. She revels in the freedom it gives and tells how she copes with embarrassing events. She stays at naturist campsites in Britain, France, Spain and Lanzarotte & draws her partners into trying out a naked social lifestyle. We hear what one may thus come across : often meeting figures of importance whilst completely naked.For people unused to Naturism, nudism or nakedness in daily life, the task her stories try to explain is what inspires people to take their clothes off. The tales suggest where and when this can become a happy, even enjoyable lifestyle experience. Sadly her stories cant ignore her sexuality and the reason may be something on that would be expected by people who havent tried Naturism. Sally is at her best being at one with nature in the country and seaside as her characters Audrey, Sarah and Beth. The less said about her ‘Cressida’, ‘Pearls’ and supposed ‘Camp Sunshine’ the better – this stuff is a carry-on style tragedy and not about Naturism.A more thorny issue touching the law and responsible adult behaviour arises in Sallys last story. This tale is about rambling naked, which is attracting a new interest among Naturists. Her muse, almost as in a dream, leaves her rural retreat to ramble naked in woodland, then encounters a youth. Their surprising discussion also is unreal but magical, the tale becoming all the more risky when the tryst is repeated. Sallys’ dreamtale seemingly tempts young men & girls, like the Wandervogel of the 1920’s, into adventure and enjoy recreation with their friends just being naked in wild places.This is among the first modern novella having a Naturist theme.
