Pathetic waste of of money
An absolute waste of of money I not sure what these thing are posed do but only thing I seen was it wasted my money did not do anything for me and do mean nothing save your money these not worth the waste

Results vary
I used these patches for 7 consecutive days and I didn't see a significant difference in my energy level. I'm not sure if it takes a few weeks of wearing them everyday, to notice a significant amount of energy. I don't recommend applying it on sensitive skin or sensitive areas like for instance, stomach and inner arm. It caused a small rash after wearing the patch for 8 hrs. However, when attached to the more exposed areas, it didn't. After reading the other reviews, I feel the results of this product varies from person to person.

Hit or miss
Unlike pills or powders, these patches are simple. It's just stick one on clean skin (usually the arm, back, or abdomen) and leave it for the recommended time. Unlike some weight-loss supplements that cause jitters or digestive issues, I didn’t experience any harsh side effects. However, some patches left a slight adhesive mark on my skin, which was annoying but not a major issue.

Left a rash
On the first day after 8 hours( per the directions) I took it off gently, and it left a rash. I had to add aloe gel to it and after a few hours it stopped stinging. Don’t put it on your stomach!
