Work great with my machine. No complaints

I used one complete box and I like the no waste/recyclable packaging. I like that plastics aren’t involved. The clean is above average, but cannot handle an extremely full and poorly loaded dishwasher. Cleans well enough that I purchased a second time.

I’ve been using Dropps for over a year now, and have been very satisfied with the way it works. However, the company recently changed the packaging from the sturdy box on the right, to t the flimsy one on the left. The pancaked form is exactly how it looked when I opened the shipping bag, with 2 pods smashed open. I get that the manufacturer m may be trying to reduce packaging, but the new package is not conducive to shipping. I will also contact them directly with my concerns.

Decent enough to get the job done

I really like these but I do notice they don't work as well as my other pods. Every cycle that I have ran so far has had a few dishes that weren't clean. I wish the price was more competitive with the other pods that I use since I can get them at Sam's for so cheap. I understand you have to pay more for quality items so I'm okay with that but do wish they were a bit cheaper.
