I use it once a night for 20 minutes (tho I forget a lot) in front of the TV. At first it made my abs hurt a lot and I had trouble getting used to it (neighbors downstairs must hate me for all my weighted hula hoop was banging on the floor) but now I can go the full 20 minutes.
