My daughter has an eating disorder and is vegetarian. She loves this protein powder and we have been buying it regularly for the last year. It helps her get in protein, calories, and she has been extremely happy with it. It's great quality, mixes well, tastes great, and is easy for her to digest. I highly recommend this product.

I was very happy with this mass gainer. I’m a hard gainer, I weight train regularly but it’s hard for me to find the time to eat/prep the extra calories I need to put on more weight for a winter bulk. I used this for about 2 months and gained about 3-4lbs. I did not do the 4 scoops, only 2 scoops mixed with water. The first month I used it only on training days, 4 days per week, and the second month I started having 1 shake per day. For reference I’m a small female, I went from about 108lbs-112lbs in 2 months. I mixed the 2 scoops with water and it tasted fine and mixed very well in a blender bottle. The only thing I did notice was not a great aftertaste but I just drank some water after and it was fine. I purchased for the clean ingredients and was overall very happy with the product. It’s not something I would use long term because of the sugar content but will definitely purchase again when I want to put on some weight! I purchased the vegan Naked Mass chocolate flavor for reference.

It’s not bad, the chocolate tastes pretty good, doesn’t bloat you like other proteins do. Fills you up and doesn’t feel like it’s too much. I split the 24oz servings into 2 12oz so it’s not too thick or heavy. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because it does taste pretty gritty, but mixes very well overall in a blender bottle, no large clumps to deal with.

Onw of the best protein products on the market! This brand was recommended to us by our doctor for helping my son gain weight and muscle after he was recovering from an illness. Now we continue to buy it to support his weight lifting. Great taste and blends well. No unnecessary fillers.

I liked the product overall, amazing flavor, it stays fresh, so I can make it during the morning and leave it in the fridge, then drink it at night before bed. I saw some reviews saying that they felt nauseous after consuming it, but it had never happened to me yet. I prefer mixing it with milk rather than water for a better flavor.

The first ingredient on the list is MALTODEXTRIN. Look it up and see what it can do to you. I bought it because it lists organic and vegan ingredients. I wish I had researched what maltodextrin does to the body before purchasing but, like probably many people, just saw the words organic and vegan so thought it was safe. Boy was I wrong!About 2 hours after drinking the first shake, which was gritty and tasted awful, I started to have very bad gas. Basically huge, smelly farts every few minutes. Along with the horrible gas, I had terrible stomach pain that lasted the rest of the night. The pain and gas had calmed down some the next morning (still happening but better) so I tried just one scoop (instead of 4) and within a half hour of drinking it, the horrible gas and stomach pains came back. It is now over a day and a half since the last time I had any of this and the gas and stomach pain is still with me. This is a horrible product. I’ve never had issues like this from any other nutrition shake.
