Review: Wow. Never buy ice for a cooler again! - This electric cooler makes traveling and camping so much easier. It has just enough room for stuff I need to keep cool. Takes up less room in the car than the highly insulated cooler (Yeti wannabe) I have been using. It is very quiet. Best of all it works on regular 110v or 12v car outlet. Cools down fast and keeps the temperature I set to 40 degrees within 2 degrees even in the Texas heat. Since it is not really waterproof, I did get a 14”x21” silicone (cat food) mat to place it on by my tent. But in stormy weather I just put it in my car and plugged it in. I did not try making ice, but you can set it to -4 degrees, so it should be able to do that, too. Never going back to coolers that need ice all the time.

This electric cooler makes traveling and camping so much easier. It has just enough room for stuff I need to keep cool. Just purchased this & already it's paid for itself. I can pack daily food & beverages that stay cold, it has freezer or refrigerator modes, can be plugged into a AC outlet or DC port. I have a 600wh Bluetti generator that I plug into when on the road while my car is parked. It stays to temperature very well. It is heavier than a regular cooler, but without needing ice it's more practical & everything stays dry.
