I just bought my second bottle. It has never made me feel sick to my stomach as some on here have said. I take two every night and two Tylenol. If I don’t take it, I have extreme anxiety when I go to bed at night. This is really helped me with that issue. It’s not the Tylenol that puts me to sleep believe me. In my help, but it also leaves behind my anxiety. When I take this, I sleep like a baby and I get there fast. I have not tried a lot of different brands so I don’t know about the others, but I know this works for me. I also have some tea, but I don’t drink it very often as it makes me sleepy I think it’s a good product

Good product. My husband uses it for its good health benefits and has said his moods are better and energy level is good. It’s a good quality. You get a lot for a good price. Functionally it’s a good product. Good dosage, lasts awhile and no weird taste or anything.

Very affordable supplement.

I have taken Ashwagandha for years. I bought this brand about a month ago. This is 2.5 times stronger that what I had been taking. I have noticed the last week or so, that I am sleeping better than I have in years. I usually wake up every 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. This last week, I have been sleeping 4-6 hours at a time. I haven't changed anything else. It must be this Ashwagandha. I hope I have finally found a remedy for my insomnia.
