We’ve had this about a month now. It is easy to use and is effective at warming up a room. The purification function seems to work well and the app lets you know key measurements like air quality, temperature and filter life. We like the clean modern design and quiet operation. When oscillating, there is a slight and faint knock noise as it reaches the end of the desired oscillation angle but after a while you don’t notice it. Assembling the device was simple and was just removing some the plastic protective wraps and installing the filter. The heat function was nice to have this winter as it helped supplement the HVAC and keep my office nice and warm.

Great product overall at first, air purifier works as described and we love the features this units has. The unfortunate part is the heating function quit working after a few months and I have yet to receive any assistance from the manufacturer on fixing or replacing the unit except for constantly being told to go through the troubleshooting steps which do not help. Expect more when you pay this price.

I did not expect to see this huge box show up on my doorstep. be prepared to find room for this monster. Otherwise all features work as expected, lil disappointed that i cannot schedule the heat, apparently a safety feature prevents heat from being scheduled to come on or off. definite value for money, air quality is great. I will come back after a year when i have been thru few seasons with this.

Works as advertised. Nice clean looking unit for my bedroom. I usually keep it on “auto” during the day and “night mode” when sleeping. It’s very quiet and you can’t even hear it running. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I own 3 other BlueAir purifiers at different price points and I was excited about purchasing this but I had immediate regret when I realized the fabric on the outer shell was not able to be cleaned which is in contrast to the other models I own. I kept reading through the instruction manual and other comments but kept seeing how it could be only spot cleaned. I returned it based on this solely and took a star off for this reason alone. I can’t speak to how well it functions which I’m sure would be up to my standards because I’ve loved all of blueair’s products. It appears the smaller version has a completely plastic outer shell so I may buy that one instead.

I have no idea how to get it to work the way I want it to. I’m regretting this purchase. Better luck next time I try! I’m cold!

First, Blue Air will NOT refund or service any unit bought on Amazon. Second, I have been a Blue Air customer for a decade. I have ten units in two homes and spend a fortune on excellent filters. But this 3 in 1 is a dud. It doesn't do what it says; it is noisy and complicated. The reason I wanted to return it is because it makes an intermittent grinding sound when it revolves that thwarts any attempt to sleep. Blue Air customer service is terrible on products bought from Amazon. After weeks, HOURS and dozens of emails, Blue Air's offer was a replacement. I don't want a replacement. The machine is a dud (no wonder it is so inexpensive compared to its others products). I was happy to take a credit to buy filters. Anyway, buy one of its other ones (not the 3 in 1). And if it breaks or there is another issue after the Amazon return period, you are out of luck.
