they work well to sort of block out noise but they dont cancel the noice and i dont hear anything as it states that you can graduate the hearing

Adjustable ear plugs.
I'm not able to use them. The are too large and do not fit into the ear canal. It sounded like a wonderful idea at the time, that they were adjustable.
