Great bit of kit. I used the frozen block on an aeroplane and it lasted over 12 hours, keeping the insulin at a good temperature. It's handy to have the thermometer to get temperature readings. On my holiday I used the cool water block that I had filled and kept in a fridge overnight. With outside temperatures of 39 to 42 degrees the flask kept my insulin between 14 and 18 degrees. I did get stopped at the airport going out to Malta and they checked inside the flask, but all was fine elsewhere. I wasn't stopped coming back into the UK. Well worth the money, as in the past my insulin has failed in heat.

Purchased this for my father's medication of daily injections. Gave peace of mind when travelling this year on a 7hr flight. When removed from the flask after 13hrs temp still great. Good product for intended use, no problem at airport and true peace of mind meds we're safe
