Absolutely amazing product. I feel great, with more energy during the day. Smaller capsules, easy to swallow. The pricing is fair - great value for the price. The ingredients are loaded with beneficial herbs and other ingredients I have researched heavily. I have seen great results taking this and an MCT oil. Combine with a fat burner and good diet - the results are unbeatable.

I felt weak everyday and i know i needed something to be healthier and so i bought this, and it really helped. It gave me so much more energy and i feel i have a healthier body too because of this.

Not sure.
I used about three bottles of this hoping to see some difference. I am not sure if I did nor didn't. I felt nothing, no benefits in energy or clearer thinking and certainly didn't lose any weight. I don't know anything about mushroom supplements but read that they could help with all those things, especially sharper memory. These are easy to swallow and have no scent to them which was good. I just can't say one way or another if this supplement works. I guess the question is, how many months do you have to take these to see a difference. I did not notice any ill side effects.

After taking this, the first thing I noticed was steadier energy throughout the day. It wasn’t like caffeine jitters, more like I didn’t crash as hard in the afternoon. The blend feels more ‘wellness focused’ than gym-preworkout energy. It is easy to drink and really effective for its price.

I normally consume one capsule, and during gym days I will consume the full serving of 2 capsules. I consume them with a meal or protein shake! Just about out, I reorder another bottle.
