It is easy to follow instructions. Sticks very well, the pads are quite large and cover a good area. This ABS muscle stimulator is simple to use and very comfortable.

Honestly not too impressed with these. I don't feel like the pulses are that strong at all plus the modes really don't feel any different from each other.*edit* stopped working after a couple uses. Don't recommend trying at all, save your money
