Lifepro - Luminova Red Light Therapy for Neck

I have been having neck/shoulder pain for a few weeks. My physical therapist loaned me her lifepro and I like it. It really works. My neck/shoulder feels so much better after one week of use. I like it so much I bought one and received it yesterday. Tomorrow I can return hers and continue my healing. I recommend!

I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect, I’m fine if it is, but I’ve used it twice a day since I received mine and my neck pain seems to have minimized along with headaches. I know it’s really too early to tell but it’s definitely encouraging me to continue to use it. I’m also curious to see if it eventually helps with some of the creases in my neck from looking at my phone too much.

The battery life is not long, have to keep recharged for next use but, have noticed mild relief after only about 4 treatments

There are no better products than LifePro fitness products!!! Seriously! And The Luminova does not disappoint! It is an amazing product with great feature options. After one use, I felt great relief from the stiffness in my neck and my range of motion improved tremendously. I loved the effectiveness of the device. It is bit bulky; however, it is wonderfully light in weight and, of course, extremely effective in relieving pain and discomfort. The fit was comfortable and it allowed for freedom of movement. I was able to move / walk around. The red and blue light combination is a great feature; I can set the unit to red light or just blue light also. I really liked the device being preprogrammed for a 20 minutes session. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🤩🤩🤩. And the customer support - ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️

Infrared are either falsely advertised or defective. I've used and own I believe ALL of Lifepro's other devices, which should have the same near infrared chips, and they all cause warmth...because they're infrared chips. My neck was still cold to the touch after using this several times in a row, and the infrared is really its only use for cervical issues, since I doubt many people are needing anti-aging skincare or acne help in this very small spot at the back of their necks. I should say I've never had issues with their other products, but will not use or recommend Lifepro again because their customer service was a nightmare. I spoke to 6 agents total, since different agents wrote back at different times. I answered the same questions repeatedly, pasted the same information repeatedly, retrieved numbers, took a screen shot when this was requested.....this went on sometimes multiple times a day for a week. One asked for a video of the infrared frequencies not working. Infrared frequencies are outside of the visible spectrum, so would not show in a video. The last sent to a link for an exchange request (It seems like this should have happened first, if this was available.) they'd then contact within a couple days after receiving for "next steps," but after SO many emails and just exhausting from absolutely no progress, I gave up and got a refund from Amazon. At least I understand why a company this size needs six customer service agents for faulty product support; this was starting to feel like a full-time job for ME!
