This treadmill doesn’t have a complicated installation process. You simply need to plug it in, and it’s ready to use. It works amazingly well for walking and makes it easy to complete 10,000 steps daily. The walking surface is comfortable and smooth, and the treadmill runs quietly, which is perfect for home use. It was working fine, suddenly one day it stopped working with some error, but maintained it properly with lubing like manual stated and all. This is worst part, I don't think there's any proper customer support for this brand, they took 4days to just create a support ticket for me ( i had to go through mail, as their platform wasn't working and not letting me create a ticket). after that It feels like a completely dead, also checking other places their reputation for customer service is really really bad, i didn't know that, and i am currently in one of those situations. Please be thoughtful before buying this product. Let me also talk about some pros too - I received huge health benefits by continuously using this every single day for 20-30min fast walking and jogging, and it was working beautifully. I don't expect any mechanical and electrical machine to not break or malfunction, that's something can happen anytime anyday, it isn't the problem, the problem is how early a company can provide service to their customer. Like it's been 10+days my machine stopped working, so it completely broke the daily routine, sadly it's not possible for me to just outside and do these activities, if i could i would not buy this product atleast.

It is almost 3-4 weeks now. Loving the product. Value for money. Parents also got used to it very quickly. Loving it till now.
